Description
It is March 1947 and Europe is slowly emerging from one of the harshest winters in living memory. America's forces are preparing to deal with the resurgent German war machine but are confident of victory after a winter of reinforcement and resupply.
Amongst the new arrivals are fresh battalions of heavy armored infantry and regiments of rift-tech derived armored walkers. The Coyote light walker is the G.I.'s best friend, agile and quick enough to keep up with infantry but carrying support weapons to keep the groundpounders out of trouble. Alongside the walkers are the newest rift-tech heavy weapons, fearsome Tesla energy cannons mounted on the ubiquitous Sherman medium tank chassis and able to handle the heaviest German armor.
Despite the setbacks suffered before the winter freeze, and whatever the Germans are planning, these new formations will be more than up to the task and a final push into Germany to end the war can begin in earnest. As General Patton says, "May God have mercy on my enemies, because I won't."
