The Matilda IIs were the only British tanks to see service in the British Army for the duration of the war. After the Blitz and African Desert Campaigns, the Matildas were withdrawn from service in Europe and sent to the Far East to bolster British and Imperial forces against the Japanese.
Over 1,000 Matildas were sent to the Soviet Union as part of the Lend Lease Program, meaning the Matildas saw service in every theater of World War II.
This box contains 1 Plastic Matilda II kit, 1 Bolt Action stat card, damage markers, and a decal sheet.
Models supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paint, and other hobby supplies sold seperately.
