The Resistance: Avalon is a standalone game, and while The Resistance is not required to play, the games are compatible and can be combined. For 5-10 players (Ages 13+), with hidden roles and team-based missions.

The players are split into two teams: the servants of Arthur and the followers of Mordred. Players, over several rounds, suggest mission teams and then vote on whether to approve or reject them. Red teams accomplish their missions and the blue team tries to influence the activity behind the scenes without being detected.

One of the players may also be designated as Merlin, who knows the opposing team but needs to conceal themselves. Typical play time is about 30 minutes per game."
