BattleTech Core Rulebook (2026)

The BattleTech Core Rulebook is the modern rules reference for Catalyst Game Labs' BattleTech tabletop miniatures wargame, set in the 31st century where MechWarriors pilot towering BattleMechs. Four decades in the making, it rebuilds the core rules into a single streamlined presentation rather than a new edition. The book adds an expansive Missions section, a shared framework for rapid force building, mission selection, and battlefield engagement, supporting everything from quick pick-up games to epic clashes. It is fully compatible with previously released BattleTech maps and models, as well as nearly every previously published record sheet. Recommended for ages 15 and up.
