World War III Team Yankee: Red Dawn - Airborne Assault by Battlefront Miniatures

Every major power fielded airborne forces, either as deep penetration forces to seize vital bridges and towns, as mobile blocking forces to drop in front of an advance or as direct air assault troops to capture key enemy positions.

World War III: Red Dawn includes a section on Airborne Assaults and large transport helicopters. We have also created an Airborne Assault Mission Pack that includes a booklet containing all these rules and the mission, as well as helicopter Unit Cards and cardboard punch-out markers.

The Airborne Assault Mission Pack allows you to recreate air operations on your gaming tables with rules for American, British, West German, Soviet, and Warsaw Pact airborne forces.
