War raged across the North African desert for three years, as Italian and German forces tried to take the vital Suez Canal and British and Dominion forces fought to throw them off the continent.

Western Desert Force is a swift-playing game based on these campaigns. Players take the roles of the Axis and Allied high commands and direct the actual armor and infantry units of each side across the deserts of North Africa. The object of the game is to drive the enemy off the continent. Units are rated for combat strength and movement capability. Let the dice fly, and see if you can do better than Rommel or Montgomery.
