Traveller is the longest continually developed game setting in RPG publishing history, and it's had ship-to-ship combat presented in various forms since the last 1970s. The RPG engine has changed multiple times, but the setting remainds the Third Imperium.

Squadron Strike: Traveller brings the 3D mechanics of Squadron Strike to the Traveller setting.

This is a faithful adaptation of Traveller. Ships move by Newtonian vector movement. All the classic Traveller weapons are here, from the humble sandcaster to the terrifying spinal mount meson gun. The defenses are here too, from armored hulls through nuclear dampers to the black globe generator.

This product contains:
- A fly-through tutorial, introducing playing on a hex map, vector movement, 3D movement, and Traveller weapons in a series of scenarios, each on teaching a new part of the game.
- Articles providing new details about the Third Imperium and the underlying logic of how interstallar warfare is managed when message traffic travels at the speed of ships. All of the scenarios come from the Fifth Frontier War, one of the iconic conflicts of the Traveller universe. While meant for people who are new to the Traveller universe, they're an entertaining read for people who've played the game for three decades and offer new perspectives on the Imperial and Zhodani navies.
- Scenarios detailing the proxy war of District 268 as the Zhodani invade in force!
- A ship's system display (SSD) book, with 3D and 2D versions of iconic Traveller warships, like the Plankwell battleship and the Azhanti High Lightning frontier cruiser. It includes the first playable warships of the Aslan Hierate ever published. Each ship comes with an additional specialized 3D variant and a class history covering the development of the ship and how it fared in battle.

Please note this is expansion material - Squadron Strike Box Set (ADA 17000) is required for play. The Squadron Strike: Traveller Box Set (ADA 15000) is not required.
