Description
The Iranian Army used a range of M113 APC variants including vehicles mounting a M40A1 106mm recoilless rifle. These provided short range anti-tank capabilities against light armour. The M113 APC mounting an M150, was a more powerful, longer-ranged, and accurate weapon and the 81mm mortars of the M125 Mortar Carrier provided immediate indirect fire support.
